The goal of Petal Upper Elementary (PUE) is to provide a safe, respectful learning environment where students are free to explore new challenges, embrace new ideas and become inquisitive, lifelong learners.At Petal Upper, fifth and sixth graders enjoy changing classes for the first time - including English language arts, social studies, STaR (science, technology and research), mathematics, P.E., music and art. They also begin exploring extracurricular interests. PUE teachers are dedicated to encouraging students to grow as scholars and as responsible citizens.
